The hotel is great, all the staff is making their best effort to keep your stay as enjoyable as possible. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Friendly and flexible service, excellent location right next to the Zillertalbahn station. Room was tidy and breakfast delicious. There's also a small sauna available which was a nice surprise after a long skiing day.

The building itself is stunning, centrally located in Zell am Ziller, yet slightly off the main drag which ensures a peaceful ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly and truly understands what it means to be a gracious host. They cater to guests on an individual basis, offering suggestions on places to visit and where to dine. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The hotel is immaculate and well-cared for. Within the hotel is a spa featuring four saunas and a relaxation room with mountain views. A special mention must be made for the bar, which offers exquisite cocktails. It stands as the best of its kind in Austria, a claim backed by numerous awards. The drinks are delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel's restaurant is outstanding, showcasing excellent Austrian cuisine. They had no issues accommodating a vegetarian option. I highly recommend this hotel and eagerly anticipate my return.
