We love to visit Kleinwalsertal in summer for the cable car...
We love to visit Kleinwalsertal in summer for the cable car rides on multiple mountains. This hotel provides the summer pass card for that. Hirschegg is in the middle of the valley, with cable cars on both sides. The town is quiet and so lovely. It's an excellent location for a ton of hiking trails also.
Great location in the heart of the Kleinwalsertal. Great views of the mountains. Very easy to get to ski lifts, rental shops, and restaurants. The complimentary visitor card gives access to the bus, which runs frequently. It is even possible to load the lift tickets onto the guest card right at the front desk, which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. And the sauna and wellness room was modern and well equipped. The kitchen was also had everything we needed.
Wonderful hotel in a spectacular setting. Modern, clean , comfortable and very well equipped. The food is excellent, 3/4 board was well worth it with a stunning 4 course meal every evening. The pools and spa facilities are also fantastic, the outdoor infinity pool in particular - heated to a lovely temperature all year. The area has endless hiking routes, and the hotel was very accommodating to our 7 month old.
We booked the hotel because they had pictures of cake and what a great decision it was. Completely enjoyed ourselves. The check-in was uncomplicated. The parking garage for the Auto was conveniently located. The staff were extremely friendly. The facilities were excellent and the food was terrific. I would recommend it and will return.
Amazing family hotel. You have everything you need. Amazing wooden rooms, delicious Restaurant, causy bar. The location is just perfect. The owners were very helpful and friendly. On the arriving day we were arriving late and the owners were so great to offer to prepare us extra dinner. Great stay. Gladly we will come again.
Sure, the building is old but I found it very charming, plenty of character, and this is part of the draw and culture of the Alpes!
Reception was great. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable. Skiroom. Balcony views! Great location--bus stop right there; minutes to bakery and restaurants.
Just nice, kind people here.

Good location, one mintute from next bus stop. We did not need to waste money on parking because we could take buses everywhere within kleinwalsertal for free(but not oberstdorf). Apartment is well done up. Got senseo machine upon request. There is a room with many books and games for kids and adults.
The family room was a good size room, with the kids room that was perfect
for our 3 year old. Loved the large balcony but we weren’t really able to use it as the sun was on the other side of the hotel.
Food was good, good selection for breakfast and dinners.
Excellent hotel located in wonderful place. To my mind the main hotel attraction is restaurant (if you booked with half board). During our 4 day stay every day was new menu. Maybe you'll forget hotel, but restaurant will remember for long time.
Great hotel with spacious rooms and a beautiful spa area in a wonderful location. The hotel was very clean and the front desk and spa staff were wonderful. Excellent breakfast and dinner service and options. What a view from the heated pool.
This is literally right off the ski slopes- can't beat the location, though I'm very glad it didn't snow while we were driving to/from because getting up that hill would definitely have been dicey and required chains.
Location. Beautiful, modern, and yet cozy decore. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Good food. Huge and beautiful brand new heated swimming pool indoor and outdoor. A minibar in the room is included.
The room was larger than expected, had a couch and desk. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The building is old with tons of charm. The breakfast was very good. the bus stop is right outside the hotel.
Great location: 3 min walk from ski lift, bus, small shops where one can have breakfast and with great view at the mountains. Clear instructions to get and where to leave the keys.
- Great food and service
- Stylish and cozy hotel with a large Spa
- Hotel and Spa were not too crowded which is great for privacy
- Spa facilities are modern and of high standards
