Grossarl is a booming ski town but in June 2023 the part west of the river was essentially a huge building site. However it was great for mountain walking once away from the town itself. With a guest card (free from your accommodation) one can travel on local buses in the valley for 1 Euro per person per trip! There is a very adequate Billa supermarket.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Very friendly and supportive staff. The hotel rooms look newly renewed, the beds are comfortable and the sceneries in the mountain valley are breathtaking. The staff is friendly and very supportive, they go above and beyond when it comes to helping their guests. There was a mix-up with the room I had booked and the room I was checked into. But the staff quickly found a solution to offer us the best solution. Even at the breakfast, the staff makes sure that all the guest have what they need. This feels like a 5-star hotel, would defiantly book a stay at this hotel again.EEinarGermany - 10Scored 10

Go to the end of the road and take a walk or a horse drawn sleigh ride. It was one of the most beautiful days we had there. This was our second trip, the first was in June and we loved it without the snow.

Breakfast is served in a beautiful traditional Austrian dining room, the breakfast itself is one of the best I’ve had while visiting Austria for over 40 years. My room had fantastic views of the mountains. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, the room was warm and the shower had plenty of hot water. A perfect stay for enjoying the excellent skiing to be had in Grossarl. I highly recommend Haus Lanzelin.TimUnited Kingdom

They are large , modern, new, with windows to the floor, with the spectacular view on surrounding mountains and hotels. The view was like a picture. There are is large screen TV in every room, all kitchen accessories in the kitchen In the 2 bedroom apartment there is a large and modern sauna. Right next to the cable car and a short walk to the local nice and cheap swimming pool. Really very nice, pleasant and helpful lady at the reception of the Kristall hotel, where check-in takes place.

Everything is made with the attention to the details and the comfort of the guests (spa as well). There were a lot of animals near the hotel, like a small zoo with rabbits, guinea pigs, pig, geese, etc. The way to the hotel was also a lot of fun cause you need to drive on a serpentine road. :))

Of course, you got bathrobe, towels etc. Good breakfast and dinner (we took half board). Clean and spacious room with balcony. Friendly staff. Parking.

Flat was more than big enough for us (2 adults, 2 kids). You can store bikes in basement and park the car in the garage. To Panoramabahn it is 5 minutes by walk. Similar to big kid playground, sport center or "aquapark". Infocenter is around a corner.
