The attention to detail and the warmth of Arthur and Ingrid and Lise. It was a memorable 2 days and I hope to go back someday . The restaurant too was excellent and the waiter ( i don’t recall his name ) was exceptional.

Very nice hotel and on excellent location if you want to explore Tirol a little bit. It has nice swimming pool and saunas. The breakfast was nice with only one drawback, all meat products were from pork meat. This could be improved for people who do not eat pork.

This was the perfect getaway for a week in the mountains; we loved the close proximity to many of the Achensee attractions (the Erlebnis Card is well worth the money), but it was also easy to spend a day relaxing in the well-appointed spa.
What really set this property apart, though, was the fantastic customer service. We received personal support on all of our requests: including adding a few extra touches for a birthday we celebrated while there. And the food each night as part of the half pension (breakfast + dinner) was a highlight we looked forward to each day. If you are visiting this hotel, make sure you choose this half pension rate - it would be hard to summarize well enough how good the food was; suffice it to say that each night provided a different five course fine dining menu - and all directly within the hotel.
We loved our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again if visiting the area.
