Admont is a beautiful tranquil town in Styria, Austria. It’s best known for its picturesque Benedictine Abbey and its opulent baroque library. The town is an excellent starting point for all nature and hiking lovers. In the vicinity of the town is a beautiful castle – Röthelstein with views on the town and abbey. Also the Gesäuse National Park is near the town.

Wassererlebniswelt is also very close, max half an hour driving from there Haulyfahrt an other half hour. The dinner was also enough and tasty. A spectacular setting with basic but large rooms and a great breakfast. The bar is excellent too. We stayed here to commute to the Austrian GP, which was a very easy one hour drive. Admont itself is beautiful as well.
