I loved the lounge room. When the weather was a bit bad. We could play games there. So we didn't need to stay inside our room.

Spa is a town with a great history, and its fairly easy to get to know. The tourism office was very helpful, especially with information, maps, etc about walks in the area. We enjoyed the thermal baths, the funicular railway, hiking in the countryside, and walking around the township looking at the variety of architectural styles. There was a festival on while we were there, and some free activities which were great fun. Meals were a bit inconsistent, but we had a wonderful dining experience at l'Auberge restaurant - great food, great service, good value.

The location of Spa Belgium is situated in an area of UNESCO listed noted for its outstanding beauty and health aspects. The Villa Fleur Hotel is a pleasant place to stay which also provides health and beauty treatments sited in picturesque gardens. In Central Spa The Pavillon Des Petits Jeux is an excellent brasserie and bar as a contemporary to enjoy dinner.

If you are travelling on a Tuesday or Wednesday night, be sure to book your dinner ahead of time. We stayed on a Wednesday night and restaurants were either closed (apparently the close day for a lot of them) and those opened were complete.

Lovely stay in Spa, we went for the Porsche weekend at Francorchamps. The hotel was about a 6 mile easy drive away. Spa is a quaint town with a beautiful church, some great shops and has some lovely bars and restaurants. a visit to the Thermes De Spa is a must, which the Radisson Blu Palace has it's own access to via the funicular.

The city is small but has everything you could need for a short relaxing trip. We went specifically for the thermal baths so did not get to try out the hiking trails which I hear are beautiful. I highly recommend booking restaurants in advance and making sure you get a booking confirmation as it can get pretty busy during peak hours.
Superb location, loved the outdoor scenery. The animals roaming around were the icing on the cake.
Quiet at night, and after a good nights sleep start the day with an incredibly extensive breakfast. You were able to pack a lunch if you wanted.
Very friendly host. Even though we don’t speak French she did her best to make sure we understood each other.
All in all a wonderful experience. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to visit Spa and it’s beautiful surroundings.
The owner was very kind and friendly, and they made our stay wonderful from the beginning.
The apartment is located in a very convenient spot in the middle of the city, and you can walk anywhere easily.
The apartment is well-designed, user-friendly, clean, and excellent.
The owner also provided guidance on parking spaces and even made restaurant suggestions, which was very helpful.
Overall, it was a great apartment for a great trip, with nothing but positive memories.
Location for Grand Prix is excellent. We were honoured to be the first guests, and Nadine and Marc were super hosts. They went out of their way to support us in getting to the race circuit, and pointed us in the right direction for local restaurants etc. The hotel is immaculate, the room was superb, and we both had a great sleep in a quiet and very comfortable bed. It really was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend a visit if you are in the Spa area.
This is a very nice hotel, with clean, comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, good facilities and a great breakfast. The rooms on one side of the building have a great view out over the valley which Spa is in. The town itself is a short drive away, or, if you're feeling energetic, you can walk along to the top of the "ascenseur" funicular and take it down into the centre.
We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which is large by hotel standards.
A little bit old style, but that's what to expect in the Ardennes. Well equipped, spacious, grill, huge garden, quiet, parking in front of the door. With using the curtains bedrooms can get pretty and sufficient dark. 3 separate bedrooms upstairs, toilets a little bit small, but everything worked well. Few minutes to Spa, 15 minutes to race track. And important for us: WIFI was good, fast and reliable - since mobile wasn't so good at that area.
Stay at New-Castle exceeded our expectations. It is amazing that such places still exist and the owners open the doors for others to experience how it is to live in an old castle. Very spacious place with thoughtful touches and antiques. Comfortable beds. Small and functional kitchen. Host's recommendations for restaurants in Spa were superb. Warm and kind host. Would definitely stay there again.
This apartment exceeded all our expectations, I would honestly recommend the accommodation over any Hotel I have visited in the area.
More space than you will ever need, the property is fitted to a very high standard, very generously equipped and was spotlessly clean too.
Thank you very much for making our stay a very special one!
The room was very nice and comfortable with a stunning view over the woods and hills and the bed was very comfortable. The food was incredible (we did a 5 course with wine pairing) and service was excellent especially considering covid restrictions !! Pool and Spa area are beautiful and worth a visit.
The rooms were clean, neat and well maintained, even though according to our opinion they are a bit small for a 4 stars hotel. The hotel is very close to the funicular station (just 5 minutes by walking) to get to the Spa.
The receptionist and breakfast personnel were very friendly and helpful.
The location was good. The apartment was bright spacious and clean. It had everything that we needed and more besides.
The host provided us with spades to dig our car out on the last day.
We were able to park, fpr free, outside the door, with no problems.
A superb small family run hotel. Most friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a top quality bathroom. Free car parking was also most helpful.
