Staff welcoming and helpful. The dining room was busy in the evening with half board guests but they managed to fit us in. Easy parking and elevator access to upper floors.

I loved this hotel almost from the first minute. I was met by Heike Haertinger who was amazingly pleasant and friendly. She escorted me to the breakfast room, showed me my table and informed when breakfast would be. The buffet was among the best I've had in Germany if not the best. I will definitely be going back and hopefully with friends next time.
