It's a beautifull place, this is the second time in the areau for me. I would recommend these great places: the Hassenhorn summer coaster (action), Todtnau Watterfall, various hiking routes (sport/nature), Freibad Schönau or Todtnau for swimming, Wutachsluchte (beautifull nature!!), Freidburg old city, Europapark.

But the crew has done all of what was possible to fix the situation and offered us accompagnement to find another place to stay. They of course didn't charge us. The Hochschwarzwald card gives lots of opportunities to enjoy and visit the black forest area and atractions, and landmarks and even to travel for free around. Beautiful place. The kitchen is fully equipped including dish washer and soap, salt, sugar, oil, etc. The couple is very friendly giving useful tips. The tourist card allows to travel on public transport til Basel. The summer toboggan nearby is fun.
