They asked to provide breakfast preferences so that they would not have to spill as much food, great plus for me. Location is pretty silent, although the doors seem a bit thin – the walls are like you'd expect in the Alps, very thick. The room was nice and clean, except for some missed spots, but nothing that makes you go ugh.

We think the area offered alot of family activities such as swimming, walking etc. The hotel was very clean ideal for the family, we didn't get to use the spa facilities which we did end up paying extra for. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

The apartment is right next to the shopping centre with everything just a short walk away but still very peaceful and quiet in the evening. The owners were also quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this place!

The pools were excellent and make sure you get your free Allgäu Walser card, which gives free bus travel around the region, including the one from the hotel into town, plus discounts on loads of attractions. Katya was a fantastic host and the apartment was so well appointed, so clean and so comfortable that we didn't want for anything. 20 minutes drive from some great ski areas on the German / Austrian border.
