Very cute place, low key and a great place to chill with kids. Walking distance from hiking trails. Not in a super touristy area which was a plus for us. Staff was nice, although English was not very good, but they did their best to help when needed.

This Alpine-style hotel is located in Reit im Winkl. Landhaus Lenzenhof offers free Wi-Fi and free use of the hotel sauna and steam room. All rooms and apartments include a balcony.
The location is quiet with many very well signposted walks from the hotel. I loved the view from the hotel and the small chapel a 50m up a small hill from the hotel. Looking at the meadows surrounding the small hamlet I was very impressed by its rich biodiversity. Apparently the whole valley had been farmed organically for many years. The food was excellent with many gluten free options. I hope to return soon to explore more of the beautiful nature and mountains.
This is a superb place to stay. The hosts were amazing and very kind and cared for the guest's well-being and comfort (gave me an umbrella during the rainy days to travel locally). The room is just above their house and stable. I was thoroughly impressed by how clean and compact everything was. Also, the wifi (which can be a problem to get around Schleching) is functional.
Though the property is farther away from the highway than most others, it is absolutely worth the extra mile. The hotel itself was in a very good shape, with a great view, and especially a really cheap price for the quality.
we let them know we have a little dog. the hotel is VERY pet friendly, never been so welcome with a dog.
the staff is super friendly and there is delicious breakfast and dinner.
