    Lam is good for hiking, winter sports and glass blowing. Convenient base for exploring the Bavarian Forest. It is very difficult to find restaurants serving food later than 20:30 - you must plan your day accordingly.

    The apartment is very cozy, clean and in a nice location. There is a nice, although partial, view over the whole town of Lam and the mountains behind it. The internet is exceptionally good compared to all places in Germany my family and I have visited. Mr. Schemmel who saw us in is super friendly and helpful. Guests with less than perfect German will be happy to know he speaks English too. We intend to go back there sometime during the fall if the situation allows it. I can definitely recommend the place!

    Everything was perfect!! Amazing hospitality and very warm and friendly host. The breakfast was 10/10 with many home made jams and marmalades. Our host Frau Kuchler was extremely helpful and welcoming and helped us with tips and suggestions. The Guest House itself is located in a beautiful peaceful location amidst nature and recently renovated. We visited in winter to celebrate our anniversary and for the winter activities around Lam. We will come back again in Summer!

    Welcoming host, very friendly and enthusiatic. Fresh rolls and bread every morning and cake for the afternoon. Wonderful view over Lam. Great interior design and lots of wonderful embelishments. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and everything was spotless. We brought our dog with us and the apartment was designed so that you didn't worry about the floors. Unfortunately the cafe, which looked lovely, was only open on Sundays which was the day we left :-(

    Location: Outstanding location Meals: wonderful breakfast range including an abundance of fruit drinks , mueslis etc The buffet dinner selection was very tasty and desserts excellent. Wellness areas: Fantastic wellness and pools areas. The fitness room is very modern and kept very clean . Staff: Helpful and friendly staff in all the areas of the hotel The buffet dinner selection was very tasty . The desserts were very good

    A small hotel with husband and wife doing everything. Breakfast room is small and have to be more or less booked at time to make sure you can sit. Breakfast is limited but sufficient to come thru a couple of days.
