The breakfast was very good and the glass in the eating area highlighted the experience. The room was a bit of a walk from the hotel entry. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

The food was very good and the property itself is beautiful. Great amenities. Unfortunately, the poor service and scary situation that no one was able to help with, overshadowed anything else positive that I have to say.

Breakfast buffet - fresh food, wonderful selection. The hike around the lake was beautiful, easy and fun. I went at 8:30 am and there were very few people on the trail.

wonderful stay with a lovely Alpine lodge feel, had a sense of being very tranquil and private while being extremely close to restaurants shops and transport. Kai, Sarah and the team were so welcoming and helpful during out stay. Kids loved it, definitely a must stay in the area.

We were transferred to Atlas Grand Hotel just across the street, and the hotel was fantastic. Room was very comfortable and styled in a cozy way. It might feel a little dated with the decor but we found it charming. The bus doesn't go directly to the hotel, and there were road closures so it was a bit difficult to get there, so best if you don't have large luggages. The are itself is right in the middle and there are lovely chcolate shops and bakeries around. The receptionist was excellent and a very lovely guy super eager to give us directions and recommendations. Bubbly as welcome drink was a nice touch too

The rooms are big, new and comfortable, with a great view from the balcony, it was quiet and very clean! The staff is nice and helpful :) The sport spa looked great, all the facilities are new. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options! We stayed only one night but will definitely come back for more!
