Very friendly staff and very nice rooms. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was wonderful and coffee was delicious and served all day. Spa and pool area also very clean and comfortable.

The staff were amazing. Very happy and friendly. Bartenders were excellent mixologists. Maria Theresa was our waitress and also gave us a personal bike tour of garmisch. She was so wonderful about making us very comfortable with our stay. She went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The personal bike tour took us to some of the most amazing views of the mountains and city. We would definitely come back just for her and the bartenders!
