Its a small village for the tourist.
Its a small village for the tourist. Great for walking and cycling. Winter or Summer. Its your choice. The area was quite when I was there. This is perfect for who I am. There are lots of amenities to choose from. Its also perfect just for small walks. One can also based themselves from here and see and explore the surrounding areaMartinGermany - 8.0Scored 8.0
A nice little village with lots of walking possibilities...
A nice little village with lots of walking possibilities which are well signposted. It has a good Bus connection to Goslar but it was nice to stay in a quieter location. A trip up the Bocksberg is a must and there is an historical old wooden church which is worth a visit.

Good place to relax and spend time hiking or biking the trails. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance from most of the hotels. The downside is that there is no grocery store in town and several shops heart of town were out of business.

And again, everything about my stay at this hotel was truly professional and rewarding. My room reflected the high standards of cleanliness and sanitation set and enforced by the owners. All of the amenities were ideal. Hahnenklee, visiting my friends and the Hotel Blackcoms Erika are the reasons why I travel to Germany and why I stay at the Hotel Blackcoms Erika. This is a truly outstanding facility.

The location is exceptionally quiet at the edge of a forest with its own park like property leading down to the lake. It's an older Hotel but with charme and the friendly new owner makes you feel very welcome. The place is suitable for large family gatherings too. Excellent value for money.

If you like tracking that is the perfect area for you. Also what was good was that the hotel is about 1 hour drive from Hannover so instead of staying in traffic you can see some nice views.
