Nice view, excellent, comfy beds. We didn't try the breakfast since we thought it was a bit too expensive for us. It's a bit difficult to get there by public transportation, but if you have a car there's lots and lots of activities around to occupy your time. Also great hiking.

The restaurant at the Krone has some of the best food in the Allgäu. The rooms are fairly large, many have balconies, and the bathroom (and shower) are actually large. Closet space is also plentiful.
Great position, very nice and plentiful breakfast. The hotel has also a nice small spa with 2 saunas, 1 swimming pool (with a nice water temperature) and a relaxing area of course. The staff is very kind and helpful. Very big rooms, perfect for travelers with a dog. We will return for sure.
Quiet hotel on a hilly road with a view over the valley. Comfortable room, nice breakfast, very friendly staff. Indoor pool and sauna. From the hotel you can make a nice hike next to a little river (with waterfalls!) to the village of Gunzesried. About 45 minutes walking.
