Dorfen is a wonderful town. I grew up staying with my Oma summers in this town. There are many things to do and Munich and the Alps are close enough for day trips. The Munich airport is an easy drive.AnnaUnited States of America

Rooms are spacious, modern, and offer all usual amenities, including large bathrooms. Excellent service at the front desk, amazing customer relations. I’ve received messages and even a phone call for my code to access the hotel and room as there was a big event on my arrival day so that access to the facilities would have been difficult without pre-warning. Good and quality breakfast.

We chose it because they allowed dogs. The town around is cute. Breakfast is nice. Breads, coffee/tea, a few cheeses and salamis, jams, lots of cereal/seeds for bowls. The restaurant below is quite lively, if you’re a light sleeper it might bother you. We closed the windows and were able to fall asleep. Municipal parking close to hotel free from afternoon till morning.MaruskaLuxembourg

I was able to rent an E-Bike from them, which was a much cheaper and healthier alternative to a taxi. Stephanie took the time to ride with me into Dorfen to show me an alternative safe route which avoided the roads. It was much appreciated.

The staff is really nice and the breakfast was quite OK. The restaurant next to the hotel (is it the hotel's IDK) is super-nice with really good food and friendly staff.

It was snowing and people enjoying themselves with beautiful fires and the view of the church tower and the snow dallying it was truly idyllic
