Very efficient and professional communication with the owner on all matters. Super location, easy to navigate to, parking at the doorstep (between 9 am till 19pm = 2 hours free with parking disc, weekends = free), walking distance to the Bottrop city center, 200m to the nearest grocery store Lidl), 15 mins driving to Essen/Oberhausen. For families with kids - lots of choice to spend active time: Grugapark Essen, AquaPark Oberhausen, MoviePark.

The owner was very pleasant, even though it was a little bit hard to communicate in english, but his wife helped with that. They are usually on tge first floor of the building, so I would recommend ringing there, when you get to the place. 😊 The location is also very good, near alpincenter Bottrop. Price is very good. There were towels, dishes (some in the dishwasher), an oven, microvawe, el kettle.AistėLithuania

Though i don't speak German at all, we managed xommunication with a bit English, body gesture and smiles. It has plenty space for parking. The breakfast is sufficient, good coffee.
