Beautiful, quiet area. Nice hotel. I wish that the hotel provided a written guide to the hotel amenities. I had no idea that there was a choice of Restaurants, no idea where the Pool was! No information was given at check--in. No information was available in the room. The village was nice and Freudenstadt was easy to get to and explore. I wasn't there for activity, only for rest and the Traube Tonbach was good but Interaction of Rezeption Staff was poor. I didn't feel very welcome there.FrankIreland - 10Scored 10

I was visiting friends; we either walked or they drove me everywhere, but Baiersbronn seems to have good bus and train service; I don't think a car is needed to enjoy the area. It offers gorgeous views and many wonderful paths. We visited the Mummelsee one day and the Buhlbach glass museum another. That day we ate at the Forellen Hof there and combined with a walk through the forest, overlooking the valley, that was a great outing.MichelleUnited States of America

The hotel is very comfortable, our room was very spacious, nice bathroom. There's too much light coming from the windows in the morning, but since breakfast is until 10h30, that's ok. The staff was very friendly, especially the lady during our check-in and the gentleman that served us during dinner, as they both spoke in English with us, which was great. They were also extremely polite and welcoming. Very pleased with our stay!

Breakfast was so good and the dining room was so comfortable you wanted to linger and enjoy her variety of coffees. Beautiful woodwork throughout the hotel. it was a bit difficult to find but it’s rural beauty was worth the search, My daughters enjoyed meeting Hunter the black lab and got their “dog fix”. We would definitely return!

I wasn’t able to go in the hot tubs outdoors because of my 3 year old, but it looked lovely as well. The staff was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and friendly. They upgraded our room to a suite, away from the street when we arrived. It’s also nicely convenient to the playground, several restaurants, the bookshop and bon bon (candy) shop (highly recommended!)
