The owner and staff we very helpful. Offered me a wonderful covered parking spot for my motorcycle. I arrived on a very warm afternoon after a long ride and they gave me a fan for the

Beautiful, quiet area. Nice hotel. I wish that the hotel provided a written guide to the hotel amenities. I had no idea that there was a choice of Restaurants, no idea where the Pool was! No information was given at check--in. No information was available in the room.
The village was nice and Freudenstadt was easy to get to and explore. I wasn't there for activity, only for rest and the Traube Tonbach was good but Interaction of Rezeption Staff was poor. I didn't feel very welcome there.

I was visiting friends; we either walked or they drove me everywhere, but Baiersbronn seems to have good bus and train service; I don't think a car is needed to enjoy the area. It offers gorgeous views and many wonderful paths. We visited the Mummelsee one day and the Buhlbach glass museum another. That day we ate at the Forellen Hof there and combined with a walk through the forest, overlooking the valley, that was a great outing.
That's an exceptional place to stay when you're visiting Schwarzwald! Located in a very quiet area, near the hills and forest it is a real getaway! The apartment itself is extremely well equipped and nicely decorated, so thoughtful! It felt like home :) Very comfortable beds, a lot of space inside and, of course, outside. Very friendly hosts! Thank you very much! We enjoyed every minute there!
Perfectly placed in Baiersbronn, 5 minutes walking from the center and the trainstation, but still away from the main road.
Many choices of hikes just nearby, no need to drive to the departure point.
Breakfast generous and nice, a lot of choice.
Room confortable with a view on the village.
Our host spoke english, it was a great help for us, she always had good advice !
Thank you !
The staff at hotel Petra were extremely welcoming and it was clear that nothing was too much trouble. They had thought about extra things such as the mini bar and slippers in the room. We purchased breakfast and it was great. There was lots of offer and we were given fresh coffee whenever our cups were empty! The beds were super comfy and we had a great nights sleep!
The personal service at this hotel is outstanding. Every request is fulfilled, and you only have to ask for something one time and you get what you need. The staff learn guests' names very quickly and they they know their guests wants and needs. This personal service differentiates Wellnesshotel Tanne from many others with similar facilities and offerings.
The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the mountain. The fact that there was construction opposite to the hotel killed the view a bit. The breakfast spread is fairly the same across most European hotels but the lack of baked beans in tomato sauce (which is a staple in all European breakfasts) surprised me!
I said not staff, because not staff was not there ! Hotel and reception closed for Monday and Tuesday, Really curious. But room keeys at close pub. not problem at all. And open on mornings for a really good breakfast, Rare. Extremely good location, but not right now,, but closed ways unidentied by gps.
Very nice typical hotel at an amazing location. What made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of the staff, they all go the extra mile to make you feel appreciated. Also offering very good food at very reasonable prices, which we enjoyed every day we stayed there.
Family-run traditional Black Forest hotel situated next to the river Murg. Free convenient on site parking. Good location with access to complimentary public transport. Excellent breakfast buffet served at the sister hotel next door. Staff are friendly and helpful.
If the facilities had been open, the hotel was otherwise nice and clean, despite of an older model. Rooms were good sized with balconies and a good view. I could imagine that we would have had a great time and the value for the money would have been great.
It was exactly as expected: a comfortable family-owned hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast was a good value and there was plenty of variety. Our room was very comfortable.
The environnement, the hicking way from the hotel, the spa area, different swimming pools, price for the food, the employees., breakfast..the natural swimming pool is priceless.
This was not my first stay in a 4*S spa hotel so I knew what I could expect. The rooms and restaurant are nice, the spa area is even beautiful and all the staff was nice.
Staff and room space are exceptional.
View and location are imaginary.
The atmosphere of the hotel was very enjoyable.
