the location is close to the city.it is a walking distance to all the shops,skyline gondola,queenstown garden,kiwi park and the famous fergburger. We got a room with a good view of the city and the buffet breakfast was cheap yet many choices. our toilet flush was faulty and it was fixed right away.

Nice large apartment in a good location. Everything you need in the hotel complex. Large beautiful windows, although the construction on the street below affected the view a little, that was not the accomodation's fault. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Large bathroom was nice

Our booking was stuffed up by the reception helped us out. Not quite the location if you don't have car. The views from the room of the lake is great but it over other housing.
