Having staged, marketed and sold real estate for 35 years, this is a prime example of owner not keeping up with maintenance and updating- loosing any competitive edge… not protecting the resource. This property has great POTENTIAL! - it sadly suffers from significant amount of “deferred maintenance” and needs updating. Landscaping is also severely neglected Someone with vision needs to DO SOMETHING! Good luck.

The hosting couple was very friendly. They warned us of high traffic in the town due to a race. They gave us advice on where to reserve a table for the evening. Also they have a really cute dog.
