Very quiet village out of season, (it was early June when we were there), but many beautiful places to go within a short drive, or indeed walking from the village. WE found La Molliniaire the best restaurant for value and friendliness,

Ski conditions can quickly deteriorate.
Ski conditions can quickly deteriorate. Go late January / early March to avoid disappointment. Not a resort for young people looking for a crazy party (lack of après ski and late night bars/clubs)
Very good food and restaurants, and relatively quiet area. If the conditions are good you can access some amazing off-piste very easily.
