It's on the main street of Modane in the nicest part of the small town, with restaurants and bars metres away. There is a beautiful view from the communal windows of the stream just at the back of the building. The flat is on the third floor and there is no lift so consideration should be made by those less able or with a lot of luggage.

The small breakfast was more varied than expected. I would particularly like to highlight the very nice and very hospitable and helpful reception!

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a center of the town, and not far form the great Valfrejus ski lift.
