An interesting place, particularly liked the Spa which we made use of. Good access to walks and mountain scenery. While we were there it was quiet in the evenings, although we were told it livens up in the winter months with the skiing.

Breakfast was great, as was the packed lunch they provided us with for our day hike. We'd also highly recommend having dinner there at least once - the food was excellent (and plentiful!). Bareges is a great location, with a lot of great walks from the village or from very close by.

But the price reflects that and is very reasonable for this beautiful mountain village. There is lots of kit in the flat - especially the kitchen so we were able to hold a dinner party for friends and family staying in Bareges. Individuals also had space in which to get privacy if they wanted it.
