They grabbed my monies from booking.com double from my credit card I paid for days 20th to 30th June 2019 once I arrive at hotel which was auto debited from account and I modified the dates to 28 which later done as 29th June to adjust the rates stayed in hotel and food I taken But when I leave hotel they charged me till 30th June which was already in billed and again charged for food and I see they again charge from my credit card for five days and then it didn’t stopped they charge two more days again from my account it’s almost taken $1200 from my account I have blocked my card to stop grabbing again from account Hope booking.com will return my monies which I didn’t use it It’s not fair practice to stole monies without a proper invoice and I don’t feel comfort I stay in hotel as it’s far from Geneva

Hotel is out on its own. Having travelled for 6 hours I was not in the mood to get back in the car. Restaurant was closed, which I had used before on a previous trip. So it was bar snacks which were not too great. I will not use hotel again but try cheaper Ibis nearby as it is cheaper by far for the facilities offered. No breakfast taken as too expensive and not included in price..
