Location is perfect for Ski in ski out. Single room was just enough. Nice but not flashy. Ski rental very reasonable across the street. Gondola is 2 minute walk from hotel. Pre-arranged lift ticket with hotel. Extremely convenient. Lockable ski storage in lobby. After I saw the Hotel Breakfast buffet, I added it both days. Wonderful breakfast and cheap for 10Euros/day. Grocery Market 1 min away, restaurants, 5-10 minutes away. Very walkable. Easy to get to.

They are doing a lot right: really hot water immediately the tap is turned on (and it seems to last and at any time of
the day); heat. They have individual thermostats that were still on...it snowed. And the only hotel I've been in in 83
countries which had the magnifying mirror at a height a woman could use...with a vanity stool to assist. My compliments.

La Massana is a nice base for exploring Andorra if you want...
La Massana is a nice base for exploring Andorra if you want to be outside of ALV (whch is only a 15 minute drive). It's got a good selection of restaurants and shops, and it's easy to get around to see the rest of the country from there. We were there in the fall, before ski season started, so enjoyed lots of color and little traffic.

Good central location handy for access to other towns valleys as well as activities. Good range of eating places, regular transport service many walking trails also too surrounding villages. During day not the most tranquil of places but that may be part of it's fascination it is almost like being in London but in the heart of the mountains.

La Massana is a quiet ski resort in comparison to others I have been to over the years. If you want good skiing, good food, and a relaxed atmosphere then this is definitely the location for you. If you want high energy Apres Ski though, then not so much. It may just be as a result of covid but I don't think so, this just seems like a more laid back resort, more focused on family than partying.

La Massana is a lovely town with lots of restaurants,bars and cafes. The telecabine gets you up to the Pal ski area in 6 mins and this links to the Arinsal ski area via a cable car. The Vallnord team are really excellent from the lift operators to the mountain restaurant staff and the ski school instructors, all were friendly and extremely courteous.

If you find staying in the city center a bit expensive, La Masana can be a good option. less than 10 minutes from Andorra La Vella, a lovely and quiet place, with nice cafe and small restaurants (not so many) it is also a bit easier to find a "Bleu" parking zone in La Masan compare to the city center. Exit to other areas in Andorra is comfortable as well.

Excellent for active and outdoor activities - winter sports in winter, hiking/mountain biking in summer and much more. Many bars and restaurants catering for all preferences. Most amenities and shops locally available with Andorra La Vella within easy reach for more bespoke shopping. Public transport reliable and affordable.

I actually witnessed them cleaning the elevator twice in my 4 night stay. The location is epic, especially if you want to go to Vallnord like we did, just around the corner you get the gondola to go up the mountains. Perfect place for bikers to go in vallnord. Next to the hotel there's a bar with decent prices good food, but can be a bit noisy till around 12am, but with the windows close, it's all good.

The room was great and offered both bath and shower options. A nice surprise was having a coffee machine and a little extra room with a couch which was also a pullout bed. Our room had balcony with mountain views and the decor of the whole hotel made it feel cozy. Wifi worked well and there's free parking (though the spaces are limited) it's also in a good location, you're about 5 minutes by car from Andorra la Vella, but away from all the noise and chaos. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Andorra!
