We went for skiing.
We went for skiing. The slopes are exceptionally well prepared. It is a smaller resort than Alta Badia, for example, but this has its benefits as there were no queues and crowds. It is close to Nauders in Austria, so one could decide to try both resorts, but we didn't: we loved the Schoeneben ski area. Food at the restaurants is much cheaper than average for ski resorts in Europe, yet of the same high standard.Petya

Didnt expect to have spa, was a good surprise :-) Skiing, hiking.walking, fun place....plenty of activities...sure we will be back soon :-)

Views from the balcony of the relatively new room were truly fabulous. We stayed in the lodges which has been added later and features modern décor and a decent kitchen facilities. Walking up from the village to the hotel could be a challenge for some people with limited mobility. A nice adjacent restaurant. Close to the cable car.

Even though the hotel is on the main road, it's almost totally soundproof, and I couldn't hear the traffic at all. The breakfast was delicious and nutritious and thanks to this I could start my 13 hours drive well rested and happy.GaborHungary
