The accomodation was all you ever wanted from the very first...
The accomodation was all you ever wanted from the very first moment! Since the bus left me nowhere in Ponte di Legno, signor Sergio, the manager of the hotel, came to pick me up and drove me to the hotel. Singor Sergio also woke up to bring us to the station at 3.30 in the morning. Greatest thanks! Three days spent in the Pallace Pontedilegno were fullfiled with kindness, smiling faces and respect. Van brings you to the ski center each morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon. The breakfast is simple, but the dinner is wonderful! So Italian, fresh and delicious. The apartment is spacious and clean, with wonderful view of Ponte di Legno and ski area. The price is more than fair for the service provided. Prometto di parlare italiano alla prossima visita, caro signor Sergio :) A presto!

Great Mountain resort area, not so “fancy” like others...
Great Mountain resort area, not so “fancy” like others location in the Alpine area but substantially equal or better. Plenty of options and things to do. Restaurant KRO was great and also 75 for an “aperitivo”. Do not miss to visit “Il Pastaio” if you fancy some fresh pasta and food to prepare in your home.

The apartment is in a very quiet spot with easy access to the little town and other facilities, a 15 minute drive to the main ski resort and a short walk to the cable car which also takes you up to Passo Tonale (ski resort). The customer service on arrival was great, very friendly and accommodating, even helping us find the apartment and making sure we settled in. We ate at The Mirella Hotel on out last night where the service and food was also great.GeorginaM03United Kingdom

Ski bus stops twice in morning just outside the house ( and twice aswell in the afternoon ). However its about 600m to the ski lifts so you can aswell walk there ( a bit uphill ) in 10 min. The apartement is clean, nice, fully equipped, with fast wifi and lots of starage spaces. I would definitely recommend for 2 people or a family with two children ( like us ). Heating is perfect. You have a view of mountains from your window.

There's a safe parking spot in the underground garage which helps when there's a heavy snowfall outside. We liked the location, it's close to the center of Ponte di Legno and the ski bus stop is right outside of the building. After a long day of skiing, we enjoyed our time in front of the fireplace - thanks for the wood, Angelo!

Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was out of this world.. amazing. The actual hotel is a short walk from the town and if you miss the ski bus which I did twice it wasn't too far to walk back if you are wearing snowboard boots.🤪 Absolutely wonderful 😊

My friend was feeling poorly on the last morning and didn't come down for breakfast, but I was allowed to take a hot drink and some food back to my room for her :-)
