If you're looking for accommodation close to the railway...
If you're looking for accommodation close to the railway line at Oulx - Residence du Commerce is for you. We just wheeled our bags across the road - easy! We walked around Oulx the afternoon we got there - looking at its sights. And as we didn't have a booking at any of the restaurants in Oulx, we shopped at the supermarket and rustled up dinner in one of the apartments we had - with great success! It was a comfortable overnight stay on our way to the ski fields.

Great town at the base of the Sauze valley.
Great town at the base of the Sauze valley. Need a car to get to the resorts but this is a far better way of exploring the other valleys I the Milky Way rather than trying to ski across. Good mix of restaurants and incredibly helpful people everywhere.

Oulx is easily connecting with Turin by highway or train.
Oulx is easily connecting with Turin by highway or train. Perfect for skiing and you can easily chose between the different villages nearby for skiing. It is an advantage to have a car. Next time we´d like to explore Oulx during summertime!

The house was very nice, with room for us all, fully equipped and with space to park our motorbikes and take off all the gear without having to take anything dirty into the house. Location was great, within walking distance of restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy and good quality bakery, and Oulx was close to all our planned routes. Our host Renato was very helpful and welcoming. A pleasure! We hope to be able to go back in the futureKilianSpain
