Nova Ponente is a few minutes drive from the village where the apartment is at, but it offers a lot more eating and shopping options; it also happens to be quite active because it is on the road to many ski locations. It is good to have it be nearby but I preferred the restive peaceful village where the apartment is at.

Nice and quiet Alto Adige town. Very close to Obereggen and also to Karersee. Beautiful dolomite views and many possibilities to hike. Not very far from Bozen with attractions like a daily fruit and vegetable market or the main Messner Mountain Museum Firmian in Sigmundskron castle.MechthildGermany

If you are a mountain lover who likes a great breakfast, a peaceful place to sleep, and you love to drive, this is your perfect place to stay. The hosts are amazing, they helped us with anything. We will come back for sure, because the Dolomites are in our heart. They offered to us, free transportation card for 7 days in South Tyrol area. Amazing!

It is nicely decorated and fitted with everything we needed apart from shower, which we did at the spa facilities, for which we were granted 24 hour access. The manager was great and we had an excellent experience. The breakfast was simple but good. The location is well-suited to visit the west side of the Dolomites, such as lake Carezza, the Latemar and Catinaccio groups.

Just 30 min away from Karese lake. So if you are going from Milan you can start from Karese lake and then stay at this hotel.
