Second year for us in this hotel. Everything was great: staff, cleanliness, spa, food, location. Staff: some of the best I met. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and solving our problems. Spa: great, clean, quiet. Pool is warm, can get noisy with all the kids around. Point of improvement: Would be nice to have a door to step outside in the snow after sauna. Food: Oh my God! The 4 course dinner was excellent! Breakfast the same.

Had a clean and spacious room with nice bathroom. Balcony attached, great view into the mountains. Quiet night. Some ropeway nearby, busses available, big underground car park.
