We booked a small double room but received a normal one with a balcony and 2 foldable beds( so it could be a quad) . Breakfast was very good with waffles or crepes on the spot a lot of sweet delights. Less Salad choice though.
There is also a pool a table soccer and other games to play

The gentleman at the reception was absolutely the most friendly and accommodating person we encountered in our entire trip. The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities were impeccable.

Either you pay for parking by the slopes/cabin lifts, or you pay for skibus 😔. In any way, you pay. If you are her for skiing, be at lifts at 7:45 or after 10:00. Time between, you will wait 1 hour minimum... we have tried 3 places, still the same.
Weather was nice, you just pay extra money for sun.

Location for skiing was incredibly convenient, just a 5 minute drive from the nearest slope to connect with the Sella Ronda. It was also nice to have a ski locker accessible. However, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable. The kitchenette, although well equipped, had a non functioning stove that would randomly turn off and stop heating the pans.

Mazzin is a small town in the Fassa valley.
Mazzin is a small town in the Fassa valley. This area is great for hiking and biking in the summer. Mazzin is at 1400 m above sea level and that makes the temperature very nice. Often in the evening and night there is rain but during the day it is sunny and dry. Certainly an area i would like to return to.

We enjoyed having a quick look in Mazzin, as we passed through the town to explore The Dolomites.
It would have been nice to stay in this area longer, but the weather wasn't great, so we were keen to move on.
Very friendly staff especially Ale from the restaurant who was exceptionally friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean, very well located, hot water in the shower with great water pressure, good breakfast which included boiled eggs, ham, cheeses, butter, croissants, jam&honey, sweets and juice and of course coffee. 3-course dinner is available for 15 euros per person with a daily menu to choose from. Room cleaning service available every day. Free parking . All in all, it’s a very good place to stay at in the Dolomites with a good price
Perfect accommodation for Ski vacations in Dolomites for a group of friends or a family. House is spatial, equipped with everything you need for cooking at home, bed mattresses are very comfortable. The house is located in a very close driving distance from the ski lifts. Also, there is a delicious Pizzeria in Mazzin village - only 3 min walking. Big bonus was a garage!
The host was always available and amazingly helpful!
Although the hotel is in the village where nothing is going on besides one restaurant, the hotel offers benefits that make the stay quite convenient: varied breakfasts, free ski shuttle is a very nice facility, very nice and helpfull staff, dinners were tasty and nicely served, very comfortable bed and pillow, cosy room with beautiful view, also shop is just next to the hotel which is very convenient.
Good value for price.
We stayed at Regina e Fassa for a week and despite low expectations from reviews, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel offers great value with half board, delicious and varied dinners, friendly staff, and a hardworking manager. Our room was cleaned daily, although the hotel could use some updates. Noise from neighboring guests was a downside, but overall, we'd happily return for another ski trip in Val de Fassa.
For us( a large group), it was perfect.
Breakfast very good, dinner also.
All of the staff members where the best, very hepfull and very warm people!
The rooms very clean (we had every day cleaning) and the price was more than ok!
Free parking, free shutle to the cable car.
Even if is not an exceptioal location the staff made the diference.
I give this hotel a 10+
The hotel is perfectly situated to explore the Dolomite area. The staff is very warm, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was really great and there was a large choice of quality food. Easy access to a large parking. The room and the bathroom were very clean, as was the hotel in general. I highly recommend this place.
Very nice location relative to the ski slopes of interest. Very good breakfast, both in quality and options. Tidy rooms, perfectly well equipped for a skiing trip. Friendly staff, good facility for storing skis.
Bonus for providing a hotel ski-bus on request. Ask at check-in about it!
Lovely place right near the mountains (which was important to me because the main reason for my visit was to hike the Dolomiti). The breakfast was good, the staff were very polite and professional. Near the hotel is the bus stop, with buses running regularly to neighbouring towns.
The hotel is located near the main road in Val di Fassa. After fatal first evening the room has been cleaned every day. There is a safe box. It is important due to organizational mess. Yo don’t know who has the key to your room.
Parking right at the hotel with plenty of space, excellent accessibility to the ski slopes (approximately 5 minutes by car), sufficient breakfast (scrambled eggs upon request), an ample supply of sweet pastries, helpful staff.
Hotel location is very good and its in good veiws
The lady in the reception is very kind full and help full
Breakfast is nice and the chef Ahmed cooking very delacious dishes and politly man and help full
Of course, it's neither a brand new hotel nor a refurbished (most recently) one, but, it's a well maintained and we received a good value for the money paid. Friendly staff.
The hotel and rooms could use a renovation, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice with many home made pastries.
