Enormously spacious, cozy, very well equipped penthouse flat with stunning views all around! There was everything you might need and even more. Patrick, the host, made the whole experience super smooth, and we never actually met in person. Parking in garage of the house was very easy and comfortable.

Family-run, only 6 large rooms, fantastic views, quiet, clean and ample parking. Practically, suitable only for those with cars. Location is fine as country is so small, it’s a quick drive (30-minutes max & usually much less) to go anywhere from there).

If you’re doing Liechtenstein for a day, Schaan is a good place to visit as it is colocated with the capital Vaduz. Of course, as you’d expect it is very clean, feels quite wealthy, and has beautiful surroundings.

Nothing was open.
Nothing was open. There's no city center that we could find, and everything was deserted. We looked all over for a cafe or ice cream place but found nothing. We really wanted a souvenir shop for Liechtenstein stickers and postcards... Found nothing at all.

Liechtenstein is small but perfectly formed.
Liechtenstein is small but perfectly formed. You can cycle along the Rhine from one end of the country and back to the other in a day along a flat route, but there is also great mountain biking, hiking and skiing in winter. The local bus network is very extensive and the Tageskarte can get you anywhere in the country with ease. It's worth going up to Malbun, the ski resort, even in summer, when you can see the marmottes and maybe see eagles too. It's a modern country but there are historic buildings. Sadly, you can't get inside either Schloss Vaduz or Schloss Gutenburg.
location is up a hill which gives great views, but car is good to have, although its walkable for sure. Close to walking paths in forests, so lovely. check-in is a bit tricky for those of us who aren't auto check-in experienced. I suggest they put up a few more signs for guidance up to help first-time users. There is restaurant staff there who help although they are not part of the hotel itself, they are helpful and friendly
All 3 rooms are clean and comfortable but think it is a bit pricy for our one night stay of close to $300 per room. However, the surrounding is quite charming as the hotel is on a hill that there is nice view from the balcony or window. There is a vine yards and fruit trees in front and very nice to walk around in the morning. Breakfast is pretty good with local cheese, bread, fruits and yogurts that we really enjoy it.
The facility is very new and well designed. It's not only stylish but very practical (Ex. there's separate space for lockers in each room that you don't have to wake up other roommates while packing early in the morning). I loved the common space that is great for remote work, too! Free town bus to Vaduz also runs every half an hour from a bus stop near the hostel. The staffs are friendly too, highly recommended!
The place has a nice retro clean vibe to it, clean and comfortable. The building is close (or part of?) a monastery as the name suggests (we don't know German so we didn't know that in advance)., but it's not IN a monastery, the entrance and everything is the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel, RUUF, is perfect! It's the first vegetarian\ vegan restaurant in Liechtenstein and it's tasty! And the view is amazing.
First of all it is a really beautiful and modern place. I felt like being in a 5 star hotel but with bunk beds.
The owners were really friendly and helpful. It was really cozy and it had a place for every age and taste like a kids room and a cozy reading room.
I totally recommend it for someone who wants to enjoy their staying in Vaduz.
The hotel is a bit outside of Vaduz with a farm field just next to it. It's wonderfully quiet, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay apart from something the staff said (see below). Breakfast was really good, too.
Amazing and friendly staff, great facilities, good breakfast. They were so helpful and I had a wonderful time. Beautiful views from my room, excellent common areas, and pretty well located between Schaan and Vaduz.
Very clean room on a beautiful property. Quiet location with a great breakfast. The only thing is I would make sure I had a car or transportation to and from this hotel since it is a bit removed and up a hill.
Very modern, clean, comfortable hotel room. Lots of light. Quite “high tech” like. Smooth check-in and check-out. breakfast arranged in a very smart way, which was quite sufficient and very nice.
The outdoor deck and location were fantastic. Supermarket close by. We walked to the center of Vaduz, which is about 1 mile. Buses are available if you don’t want to walk. Host was wonderful!
It's a nice family run hostel/hotel, it seems recently built and it's sparkly clean. Great location, in a super quiet area, surrounded by the mountains and green fields. Homemade dinner was top!
