Very nice people in a remote country town. When they learned how important the restaurant was to us, they booked and drove us to the only other restaurant on the outskirts of town with a similar gourmet reputation.

Don’t expect a five star but enjoy a cosy accommodation in a family environment, very friendly service, clean rooms, and a large lawn where kids can play freely. The “Dependence” is a more recent facility than the older main building.

Breakfast had all sort of meat, cereal, milk, fruit, juice, dark and white bread, cake, cookies, and a coffee maker that made different kind of cofees, icluding espresso, cappucino, cafe americano, hot chocollate, etc... Excellent coffee.
The location was a little out of town, with a fantastic view of the hillside and the city....peaceful and quiet. The gnome village was wonderful. It was as if real gnomes were actually living there.
