Service was really friendly, rooms comfortable, breakfast selection very nice. Bus stop for Bruneck is a 1-minute walk from the hotel, and Gais village center about 3 mins away by foot. There's also hiking trails starting literally at the hotel (the short hike to Neuschloss is really nice if you don't have time for longer excursions).

They offer a van that takes you to the ski resort every day. The food (breakfast and dinner) was the best hotel food we ever had.
