The style was very peculiar! Loved the decoration and colors chosen for the hotel. It felt like another period of time.

Maybe the hotel is nice - I have no idea to judge that because they don't let you stay there because you booked your stay through booking.com you are staying in an annex - an apartment building. You will get your breakfast in the hotel but since you are not staying there you would have to walk through wet snow to get there.

The staff were very nice and had great customer service. The half board was worth it! Food was very good! The location was convenient as well. The spa area was a nice addition and had more options that we were anticipating.

It was located on the mountain, but not too high and close to Vipiteno city. It was easy to access. The family room was huge, it was like a 3 bedroom apartment with a a big and comfortable bathroom. Great view from the windows. The owners were very kind and welcoming.

Activities are amazing.Fits for kids and adults. It has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful specially Sara. It's close to the town almost 3kg.

The owners were very personable and extremely helpful, going above and beyond with their service. It was centrally located and they operated a restaurant where we dined for dinner. The special that day was fresh fish which we all ordered and loved. They had an excellent breakfast in the morning. I only wish we had longer to stay.
