Maybe the hotel is nice - I have no idea to judge that because they don't let you stay there because you booked your stay through booking.com you are staying in an annex - an apartment building. You will get your breakfast in the hotel but since you are not staying there you would have to walk through wet snow to get there.

Loved the quiet location overlooking the city, but an easy walk to the center. We appreciated the hotel being dog-friendly. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, with plush duvets. We also loved the food at the restaurant--we had the salad bar and a pizza. Lastly, the sauna/dampbad area was really nice.

The staff were very nice and had great customer service. The half board was worth it! Food was very good! The location was convenient as well. The spa area was a nice addition and had more options that we were anticipating.

It was located on the mountain, but not too high and close to Vipiteno city. It was easy to access. The family room was huge, it was like a 3 bedroom apartment with a a big and comfortable bathroom. Great view from the windows. The owners were very kind and welcoming.
