Sinaia is a place to go for skiing maybe and visiting the famous Peles and Pelisor castles. Other than that, the resort is dirty, sad looking and very crowded. The air seems very polluted so you’ll not be getting that fresh mountain air you want. I would go through Sinaia again, but not to stay.

A beautiful city any time of the year.
A beautiful city any time of the year. We went during December and it was amazing, the decorations were beautiful, the city hall looks like a small castle and the trees were all with charismas lights. Beautiful place to stay and one can do a lot of stuff, visiting castles, taking long walks, plus there are plenty of places with good food.

Great place for weekend escapes with family or friends.
Great place for weekend escapes with family or friends. Plenty of local cuisine restaurants and huge number of places to stay at a very reasonable price. The only bad thing is the traffic, expect up to 2-3 hours in standstill traffic while travelling to Sinaia.

A stunning place to visit!
A stunning place to visit! Gorgeous setting in the mountains and lots to see while you're there. We loved Peles and Pelisor castles and their fairytale setting. Our accommodation Casa Larisa was incredible and we enjoyed a delicious meal at Forest Restaurant. Cofetaria Palace in the park makes a tasty smoothie and tempting ice cream and cafe treats. Loved it in the summer and imagine its beuatiful in winter too!

Charming town with fresh and tasty air, many cafe and opportunity for good shopping.
We ate in restaurants in hotel Sinaia: one inside, one - outside. Both were very good.
The views are amazing, the architecture is fantastic: every house is like a small castle.
The park is so beautiful. You just want to stay there for hours.

Sinaia looks great these days - the pavement, the buildings in the old centre, all the infrastructure, in general, have been reconditioned, renewed. It has a beautiful park, good restaurants, interesting places to visit, like Peleș Castle etc. You can go hiking on the trails surrounding the resort, you can take the cable cabin up the mountains if you're not that young anymore. The view upthere is breathtaking. Everything about Sinaia is just wonderful and I always revisit it with great pleasure.
Wonderful location, with very large rooms, comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms and a very nice view over the city. The room was kept clean, on the second day of our arrival we had the room cleaned.
Accessibly location, not far from center and main attractions points in Sinaia.
the breakfast was served in another location close-by, 5 mins walking distance, no problems at all for us to move to another location. The breakfast was excellent, provided most of the products you would expect to find in a 4-5 stars hotel.
- I stayed here for one night as a part of my trip around Romania. People who are working here are really friendly. It's in a calm district of Sinaia owning a lovely Winter garden on first floor with a panoramic view on mountains of Sinaia.
The beautiful interior design of common areas were a reflection for me, how passionate the owners have built this hotel :)
- I could leave my baggage at hotel an go for a last hiking on my check out date!
- Breakfast also available for those who it may be important :)
The room was warm and quiet. The hotel is in a very old building with really high ceilings and parquet flooring. It looks charming, like something out of a Harry Potter film. The host was pleasant and very helpful. The pillows I think must have been filled with goosedown as they were veeery comfy. Clean bedsheets. Overall, it was a cheap stay, it did the job, the only big let down was the grubby batheoom. There's a restaurant downstairs so meals were hassle free.
Perfect service from the staff, proper and delicious dishes, the coziness of the hotel, quiet surroundings. Beautiful music in the common areas, sweet and nice smell all over in the hotel, it is just giving you a feeling of a peaceful retreat. I have to recommend the baked mountain grouse - it is exquisite, and also the mushroom soup (in the pic)! Also, for me, their sour soups (ciorbă in romanian) are very tasty.
Everything from the speed of the check in, friendliness of the lovely staff and beautiful picturesque views. The finishing, toiletries and ambience is absolutely stunning and the staff go out of their way for your comfort. We are so lucky to have found a duplex room there as there was 5 of us last minute, and we will definitely be coming back to Romania to visit this beautiful little place!!! What a dream!
This is a truly exceptional place. In Foișorul cu Flori you find attention to the least details, comfort, quality of services, including food and drinks at the Restaurant. Sinaia is considered the Carpathian's gem, for me Foișorul cu Flori is Sinaia's gem. The new facilities (the Spa Center) add value to this fabolous place.
Great nice hotel, in the middle of everything, but quiet and relaxing. Rooms superb. Excellent included breakfast with a huge variety of products to have, including some local delicacies. The spa was nice (we only used the pool). Hotel receptionist very helpful and nice. A short walk from all the main local attractions.
The rooms at this property are probably one of the best you could choose to stay in Sinaia. It is very beautifully arranged, with lots of details that for sure would make you wanna stay there a bit longer.
The location is also superb, very close the park and restaurants, very close to the alley leading to the castle.
Things I liked:
- location, as the hotel is located downtown on the main street in Sinaia;
- the ground floor of the hotel is renovated very nice (lobby, bar, restaurant area)
- the foreign personnel of the hotel is very nice and kind (considering their culture and also their experience in the hospitality sector)
- the hotel's location
- food & service in the hotel's restaurant are very good (special thanks to Alex)
- clean bathroom
- the lights in room/ bathroom/lobby can be easily switch on and off, from any place in the room, are easy and comfortable to use
- good and fresh breakfast
It was extremely clean, everything was perfect, the host is very nice and welcoming and he is very attentive with the cleaning all around the place. It s the cleanest place I stayed in Romania. Thank you for the coffee and for this amazing place. We will come back for sure.
* The only remark was that this apartment is in the Casa Larisa guesthouse. We didn't realize this until we compared the booking photos with the actual real life building. Also, the correct address for the GPS is Street Gheorghe Doja, 20-22, Sinaia, Brasov.
The hotel is in one of the best locations you can find in Sinaia! A beautiful, historical building right across the park and situated at the beginning of the Main Street of the resort. We really enjoyed our visit there and hope to visit again!
The hotel is clean, everyone is paying attention so that the guests are feeling well during the stay. We enjoyed the restaurants, the service, the room, the pool and the massages. Definitely a good if not the best option in Sinaia.
Excellent location, in the city center but not noisy. Nice rooms with modern furnishings. Friendly and helpful staff. The exterior design of the building, despite it being new, maintains the vibe of classical Sinaia
One of the best continental breakfasts in Romania, in one of the most visited locations, Sinaia. Proximity to train station, design of restaurant and communal places is lovely.
