Very accomodating and nice staff , facilities are well maintained and clean Room . They also have a balcony where you can see the mountains. They have Minibar in the room and Coffee machine in the hallway that you can use 24/7 AMAZING! JACUZZI IN THE GARDEN IS TOP!!!! They also have a restaurant (3 mins walk from the hotel) DELICIOUS FOOD !! The owner is very friendly and kind ,We got a discount in the restaurant too!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! WE’LL BE BACK FOR SURE!

Stefano not only waited for us but also greeted us with a smile and took time to tell us there's been plenty of snowfall and where it would be great for us to go skiing. The following day he greeted us at 7.30 with the same smile serving delicious fresh coffee and pastry. Absolute superstar! The place is very central, with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Overall we loved it and will hopefully be back.

Despite the fact that we were not able to communicate in Italian, our host at Rifugio del Risol and ALL the people of this charming town made us feel more than welcome. We were invited to have dinner at the Trattoria Risol at a discount and had a marvellous meal and an exceptional breakfast there. The kindness of strangers made all the difference. The food for breakfast & dinner was first class & very reasonably priced. Nothing was too much bother including an unexpected trip to the local hospital after I had an unfortunate fall on the ice. Nicholas was our very own tour guide of the area informing us about local history, cuisine & of course the weather! The 1/2m fresh snow during our stay was just the icing on the cake.

We spent the day in Lovere before coming here for the night. We were swiftly greeted and checked in and told where we could park (a short 5 min walk up the hill). We proceeded to dine in the restaurant and the hospitality exceeded all expectations! Nice, casual atmosphere and a nice conversation with the staff. Beautiful location to get away from city life and enjoy the fresh air :)KKyraGermany

Minibar in the room they prepare a lot of snack and drink. The walkway also have a coffee machine to use 24/7. The thing I love most in here is the host. They are super kind and friendly. The room is very nice, just renewed and with very comfortable bed and a very beautiful bathroom. Very good breakfast and the restaurant is excellent! Staff is the very added value, very recommended!

The breakfast the 1st morning was your typical Italian breakfast but the next 2 mornings the gentleman came and asked us if we would like some scrambled eggs with cheese and they were really delicious.
