Hotel staff was very corteous. Dinner included was a nice perk. Food was delicious!! Regional specialties!!! The view from our room (room no 5) was beautiful! Panoramic view of the Dolomites! Confortabile room for two! Close to great hikes Cinque Torri amd Cortina. Would come back again!!!

Tiny village at the intersection of a couple of major roads...
Tiny village at the intersection of a couple of major roads connecting different valleys. Spectacular view of NW wall of Mt. Civetta is the main attraction. The 5km walk along the river to Alleghe is the best way to kill a couple of hours. A cheaper option, I suppose, than other places in the Dolomites, thus ok as "base-camp" but be prepared to drive around to do your preferred alpine activities (skiing, hiking, climbing, biking, etc).
