It was a perfect experience… Ski and ski out at the foot of the dolomites right on the Sella Ronda, breakfast and dinner included, absolutely beautiful views, and very helpful staff. There is not a place to rent skis very close by, so the manager personally drove me down to where I could rent them and showed me which ski lift to take to come back when I was done. The sauna and whirlpool were amazing after a long day of skiing as well, and the food was great. Nothing was five stars, but I was quite pleased as a solo traveler, and it was a fantastic value for the money. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing hotel! Should definitely be 4 starts, not 3! I was very happy I booked it, we had a wonderful time!
- Rooms are modern, especially by the alps standards. Not very big but more than enough for a comfortable stay
- Huge balcony with a breathtaking view
- Great SPA - it’s a separate building (like 15 meters from the hotel) with a big outside pool & separate jacuzzi, 4 saunas and a very nice relax area inside. It’s very beautiful, the saunas have huge windows facing the nature, the lounge has soft loungers, and you can also have some tea and apples there. Honestly, the SPA alone is worth booking this hotel.
- Individual ski lockers
- Very tasty 6 (!) course dinner! It’s an unusual concept cause you don’t choose your meals: there is a buffet with some starters and then they serve you 5 dishes (different every day). You can skip some of them, or you can ask for an alternative if you don’t eat something (I saw them serving vegetarian options for some guests). Everything was delicious!
- Very nice and friendly staff
- 3 minutes from the Ski lift and 1 minute from the bus stop if you need to go to another Canazei lift! Perfect location
- they also serve some free snacks (pastry’s) and tea / hot chocolate at 4:30pm, which is a nice bonus

The ski slopes here differed from the more relaxed...
The ski slopes here differed from the more relaxed atmosphere often found in France. They were notably steeper and featured numerous moguls, creating a dynamic, cross-country vibe where you constantly challenged yourself not to lose your balance. Drawing from my extensive ski experience across various resorts, it felt different from the norm, raising questions about whether the maintenance was subpar or if the terrain naturally inclined toward bumps.
Nevertheless, we embarked on the La Sellaronda, circling the entire valley, and had an exceptional time despite the unique challenges presented by the slopes.
The village is stunning with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

A hub of outdoor experiences.
A hub of outdoor experiences. Also nice small streets to wonder and shop. Really good restaurants for dinner or lunch, however you have to be mindful of the Italian schedule. If you are late for lunch, have to wait for them to open for dinner(6:30 - 7pm). Just a great base to explore the Dolomites!

Canazei has a great location, lots of plaves to eat, lovely riverside, and a couple of small supermarkets. Cable car from town. Lots of VF and walking in area but roads are very anrrow and bendy with mad cyclists and motor bikes so be prepared for that if you are driving. Main road through is busy and noisy so find a location off it if that bothers you.

The range of skiing and scenery is unbeatable, the only downside being a long wait for a two man chair, then an hour wait for the first cable car to Punta Rocca in Malga-Ciapela/Marmolada; however worth it for the view from the top!

a pretty town with plenty of facilities.
a pretty town with plenty of facilities. Good choice of bars, quiet or lively, for apres ski. Excellent restaurants from the simple pizza to the more a la carte. Friendly staff on and off slopes. Easy drive from Venice airport.
Our favourite restaurant was El Pael, the best steak ever! You can also have cheaper pasta or pizza. Staff make good recommendations for wine.
We loved staying here. Our room was very comfy and had a balcony with a great view. Beds comfy, nice bathroom and room to move around. Breakfast was great and came with the room. They served dinner every night and we did eat here all 4 nights. Delicious food, soups, roe deer, cabbage rolls, desserts like yogurt pie and apple strudel. The couple that ran the hotel were so nice and welcoming. Parking available. Front area to sit outside and have wine or whatever your drinking. Loved the location.
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! There is artwork everywhere and they have used it to create a very sophisticated yet homey environment. The staff are helpful and welcoming, going so far as to offer us a room with a fireplace with the same view I’d requested. And the bathroom!!! The absolute best bathroom in any hotel we’ve stayed! Loved the breakfast! Instead of a buffet style which is what most of the hotels in this area have, there is a menu with just the best service!
The rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable. The spa is amazing, with three saunas, jacuzzi and resting area. We really liked the selection at breakfast and kind ladies who take care of everything. But the kindest person was the man at the reception, always happy to help and provide all the information needed with a smile.
We also liked the pizzeria next to the hotel and the vicinity of the ski lift and ski rental. Overall 10/10 and we can’t wait to come back.
We liked pretty much everything. The hotel is really close to the funicular to the mountains, the staff is super friendly. They let us leave our luggage after check out and provided us with a lot of useful information. The most exciting thing is that the hotel has its own spa with saunas, swimming pull, jacuzzi and relax zone. It was nice to go there after a long hiking day. The breakfast is also exceptional.
Hope to stay here again someday. Thank you.
Amazing family run B&B! Very friendly service, they were willing to help us with everything. Breakfast was good and our glutein free diet was also considered. Rooms were modern and we had nice view from the balcony. The hotel was located close to sites, restaurants and other services. The parking space was spacious and easily accessable. You can also see Marmolada from the front yard! Would visit again.
The B&B was newly renovated and very comfortable for a few days in the mountains. It's very close (3 minutes walk) to two different lifts. It's a 30 minute walk down a nice river path into the main town of Canazei but there are restaurants much closer in the area about 5 minutes away. There is a nice breakfast each morning. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.
Charming and very clean family run hotel with a short walk to the main lift, town centre, restaurants and bars. The family were very helpful with questions and suggestions and breakfast was good. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels/bedding changed during our stay. We had a triple room which was totally adequate for 3 skiers. The hotel has plenty of parking too.
Location is great, in the center of Canazei.
Large room.
Balcony with mountain view.
Restaurant Kaiserstube in the Hotel is very nice and has great pizza's.
Due to covid you can have to make a reservation for 50 minutes for the wellness area for 8 euro per person, but then you have it fully to yourself, which is very nice.
This hotel is located in the magic place Passo Pordoi 2239m, which is a part of famous Sella Ronda. From the window you can see Canazei, Sassolungo (Langkofel), Passo Sella, Group of Sella. Only 3 minutes by car and you will arrive to the cablecar Sass Pordoi which brings you up to panoramic view “Terrazza delle Dolomiti” 2950m
A wonderful, cozy hotel in a nice part of Canazei. Close to everything, nice restaurants, bus stop, shops etc but a bit further away from the busy road. The owners are so friendly and helpful. We asked for vegan milk for breakfast and they went above and beyond to accommodate our vegan diet. We absolutely loved it.
1 min walk to ski rentals and 2 min walk to Canazei Pecol gondola. Super convenient. Free parking (No EV charging). Washing machine in place. The room is big. Kitchen with dishwasher. The balcony was cute. The host is super friendly and they have cooperation with lift tickets and ski rentals.
The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was great. The location is excellent in relation to the town and the hiking trails (2 main trails start right outside the hotel). There's a supermarket and some restaurants close by.
Location is very good, there's a bus stop right in front of the building, Hotel has a room for ski equipment, distance to nearest lift is about 500 meters, breakfast was fine. There was a balcony and couple of places in the area of hotel where you can seat outside
Excellent location of the hotel; close to town center, restaurants, mountains attractions. Very clean place with ample parking. We regret we could spend only one night there. Already planning for at least one week stay next time.
we lived out stay. Cristian is very good communicator and super friendly. we had everything we needed and were very happy with our stay. would recommend and stay again if in Canazei. THANK YOU MUCH
I did not use any facility of the hotel. Only the breakfast, whcih was ok. Coffee not ok.
The position is not in the fll city centre of Canazei but 3-4 minutes walk. Not bad aniway.
This new hotel is one of the best we had during our dolomites tour.
Everything Is clean and new. Kind and helpfull staff, attractive price. Awesome breakfast.
