We chose this place since we were looking for a room with air conditioning near Cortina d'Ampezzo. Boca di Cadora is a very small town , and it takes 15 minutes to get to Cortina D'amezzo , which is a central town and a better choice for day trips in the dolomit area. There was nothing to do in Boca di Cadora in the summer.

It's a small place with a limited choice of restaurants and bars. There is a fabulous spa and pool up the hill from the hotel which is great if you are having a day resting after walking or climbing.

Borca is on the road which represents the main route between Venice and Cortina D'Ampesso. The valley is full of history and loads to do. In particular there is a fab cycle route, an old railway with lighted tunnels and bridges. The Anteleo hotel has the most amazing breakfasts and evening meals. Huge range of choice.

I really liked, how the hotel & rooms looked - we had also a really nice view to a mountains and the location of the hotel is pretty good. When I compare prices of another hotels in Cortina, that one was really awesome - so, who doesn't have a problem to travel by car 15min more and get a nice hotel for reasonable price - this one is perfect! Food was OK, but at breakfast could be also some vegetables - that was missing me the most. The rest was ok, stuff was always nice and willing to help :)

The entire public areas are beautiful, heavily decorated and with a lot of old, yet maintained, furniture. I don't know if that's really the case, but it feels like the hotel was once a house of lords, or something similar. The breakfast is wonderful. The hotel has a self-service laundry room. Laundering a pile of cloths costs a total of 6.5 euros (washing machine, soap and dryer)

The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view on Antelao mountain (even though it's on the main road, once the windows are closed you can't hear a thing). The spa is really beautiful and clean, with complementary infusion tea. The breakfast is delicious, with lots of options. Very good value for money altogether.

The stay was fantastic, the hotel has a very nice allure of the past and is nicely renovated and still keeps the old warmth. Staff was very friendly, the rooms and other halls and bar etc great to spend time in, and it is very easy to reach. Breakfast was great and size of rooms as well. A unique experience especially after you read a nit of its story!!

It's up in a small town, but lots of small towns dot the road which traverses this area. Plenty of restaurants to find food. This hotel does not have a sauna, nor a jacuzzi, nor anything other than rooms and a restaurant. There is a spa down the road that you can use, but it closes at 9:30 and I think you have to have reservations.

The location of the hotel was amazing, highest point of the hill with a beautiful mountain view. So were the piano bar, the view from the room and the staff that was polite and helpful. The hotel as a building from the outside is very unique. The size of the bathroom was OK. Also the mountain view rooms have amazing balcony.

The hotel is lovely and the views are beautiful. It is somewhat secluded and away from the action but if you're fine with driving and are looking for a retreat in nature this is great. Staff were great and the room was clean, slightly outdated design but comfortable and peaceful.

Views from hotel to magnificent mountains - to Mount Pelmo (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Monte_Pelmo) - from hotel terrace, to Mount Antelao (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antelao) steep side slope - from hotel corridor and yard. Very good breakfast. Welcome drink.

Probably the absolute best hotel in the dolomites. Every detail thought out in the rooms, first class all the way. Don't pass this place up, NO other place will treat you better and will be more accommodating. Excellent 5 stars.

The hotel with history, therefore you will not find here fancy modern equipment or a bed, but the view from the room makes it special. Our stay was comfortable and nice, and breakfasts were served very well.
