We chose this place since we were looking for a room with air conditioning near Cortina d'Ampezzo. Boca di Cadora is a very small town , and it takes 15 minutes to get to Cortina D'amezzo , which is a central town and a better choice for day trips in the dolomit area. There was nothing to do in Boca di Cadora in the summer.

It's a small place with a limited choice of restaurants and bars. There is a fabulous spa and pool up the hill from the hotel which is great if you are having a day resting after walking or climbing.

Borca is on the road which represents the main route between Venice and Cortina D'Ampesso. The valley is full of history and loads to do. In particular there is a fab cycle route, an old railway with lighted tunnels and bridges. The Anteleo hotel has the most amazing breakfasts and evening meals. Huge range of choice.

We had an amazing stay at Antelao Dolomiti Mountain Resort. The view was amazing, the room was VERY clean, spacious and had everything you needed for a good stay. The buffet breakfast was varied, freshly cooked and really tasty. The staff was super friendly and welcoming! Just a side note, if you're planning to ski in Cortina, make sure to rent a car because there is only one skibus that runs twice a day from Borca to Cortina. The bus stop is 2 minutes away from the hotel. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!!

The hotel is located in a very scenic and beautiful location giving vintage vibes. It’s surrounded by mountains and all rooms have Mountain View. Highly recommend for those who want to disconnect from the urban life for a few days and be around nature. Our room was exceptionally clean and we had a balcony too. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is really good with a lot of options. There’s a walkway opposite the hotel to walk-through the mountains to get by to the centre. A great place to stay!

The entire public areas are beautiful, heavily decorated and with a lot of old, yet maintained, furniture. I don't know if that's really the case, but it feels like the hotel was once a house of lords, or something similar. The breakfast is wonderful. The hotel has a self-service laundry room. Laundering a pile of cloths costs a total of 6.5 euros (washing machine, soap and dryer)

Absolutely stunning views from the hotel. We found the breakfast delicious and thought the staff were great to interact with, very helpful. You will definitely need a car to access as there are limited public transport options. There is a restaurant onsite, we didn’t go as it needed booking in advance. There was a fridge/kettle etc all in the room.

It's up in a small town, but lots of small towns dot the road which traverses this area. Plenty of restaurants to find food. This hotel does not have a sauna, nor a jacuzzi, nor anything other than rooms and a restaurant. There is a spa down the road that you can use, but it closes at 9:30 and I think you have to have reservations.

The location of the hotel was amazing, highest point of the hill with a beautiful mountain view. So were the piano bar, the view from the room and the staff that was polite and helpful. The hotel as a building from the outside is very unique. The size of the bathroom was OK. Also the mountain view rooms have amazing balcony.

The hotel is lovely and the views are beautiful. It is somewhat secluded and away from the action but if you're fine with driving and are looking for a retreat in nature this is great. Staff were great and the room was clean, slightly outdated design but comfortable and peaceful.

Probably the absolute best hotel in the dolomites. Every detail thought out in the rooms, first class all the way. Don't pass this place up, NO other place will treat you better and will be more accommodating. Excellent 5 stars.

The hotel is well integrated in to the natural forest. Amazing the mountain view at the morning. A comfortable and almost private terrace is a very nice place to read or take 5 minutes of relax.
