This hotel is in a perfect Belluno location. You're within walking distance of the bus station and then right outside the town plaza. We took advantage of the jacuzzi tub after being on Alta Via 1 for a week and there was a spa available on the lower levels.
Breakfast was easy and of restaurant quality. You just filled out a form on arrival and the next morning sat down to a waited meal.

very friendly reception. Excellent food. Superb breakfast: there was just us (apart from a local who came in for a cup of coffee and pastry) and we were offered not just the standard fare but also a cooked breakfast (my friends were Yankees so they took up the offer). They really went out of their way to please us (it was a Sunday morning BTW)

Belluno is a lovely little town and the surrounding area has much to offer.
I was there for work so little time to explore , Great ice cream at Novecento ( Astra hotel).
The accommodation I stayed in Dolomite suite) spoilt the experience but the kindness of the staff of the hotel I moved was reassuring and ensured my safety.

It is a charming village, bigger than most in the area, but some parts of the historic centre are in terrible disrepair. There are lots of bars and gelato shops, but too few restaurants that actually serve warm meals. Most good restaurants have all the tables reserved by locals in the evening, so it is a bit of a struggle to eat out on a whim. Also, the restaurants serve lunch and dinner according to a fixed schedule, so don't even think of having pizza or pasta at 4 or 5 in the afternoon!

We used Belluno as a point to sightsee in the surrounding areas.
It is an easy town to navigate; has some interesting historical buildings and was fun because of the “mercato” on Saturday.
People that we met were friendly.

Only ventured into Belluno itself on the last day for an hour or so as we were staying about an hour out on foot. Stunning location though and the town seemed quaint with lots of interesting buildings and pedestrian areas.

The hospitality was superb; hosts friendly and welcoming.
The hospitality was superb; hosts friendly and welcoming. We were greeted by Paulo with Prosecco, and shown our very comfortable, tasteful and large room.
We dined with the other guests around the table for delicious, home grown or locally sourced fare that was lovingly prepared and beautifully presented.
Enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the mountains.
We felt comfortable, welcome and pampered. I hope to return for a longer.
We thought were staying at a 5 star hotel.when we checked into B&B Col de La Mole - Dolomiti; it is the most amazing accommodation we have ever experienced. The onsite owners, Claudia & Mario are so friendly & helpful in providing so much local information, regarding nearby dining options, treking & cycling tracks etc. They also hire electric cycles & we were able to spend the time exploring beautiful Belleno & surrounds on the many cycle tracks. The cooked breakfast discreetly served by Claudia is also exceptional. .
I rarely do ratings but it's really one of the best places I've ever stayed in Europe!
I was looking for a place to take a rest after doing Alta Via 1, and this place is so well-equipped to feel like home. It has everything you need. The host Dario is also very helpful to have managed to arrange an early check-in and late check-out for us. I would recommend anyone who's looking for a stay in Belluno!
The place is beautifully located, in the beautiful countryside of Belluno and offers plenty of opportunities for families to enjoy the land and the beautiful surroundings. The staff is very friendly and helps you in enjoying your stay. My kids loved every minute we spent at this place. Thanks for the beautiful memories! We will definitely be back!
The host is absolutely amazing. She was so nice and friendly, she drove us into town, she told us about the history of Belluno and came with recommendations where to go around the dolomites. The place is clean and comfortable, there is different options for breakfast and we got local postcards; she thought about it all.
The place is like Italy's fairytale in countryside. Comfy if you reach it by car. We had a family apartment, which was huge, with 2 bathrooms and kitchen, outside terrace and great views around. Host doesn't speak much English, but we got everything we needed, and breakfast was really nice. Thank you again!
This hotel was an unexpected gem. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was fantastic. Room was super spacious as they unexpectedly upgraded me which was great. Very modern. Staff was great. Facilities were fantastic. The outside patio bar/cafe seems to be the popular meeting hotspot amongst locals.
Claudia and Marco were wonderful hosts! They were kind and accommodating and we greatly enjoyed meeting them. The location is quiet and lovely. It's a residential area with rural characteristics but it's only 3 kilometers from Belluno. Breakfast was lovely and the beds were comfortable.
This B&B was perfect, I couldn’t rate it high enough!
The facilities were excellent, room was modern with amazing views, owners were extremely friendly and helpful with planning day trips.
If I’m lucky enough to return to Belluno, I will definitely be staying here again!
after 8 nights in North Italy,

So huge apartment!
Everything is comfortable, it’s like a hotel but better.
Very clean, a lot of towels.
Excellent location in the center of Belluno.
Two bathrooms and two bedrooms.
Easy to find and to pick up the keys.
Parking is always available
Lovely place! We were only there for a short time (an overnight stay ready to leave back to the UK) but the location is great albeit out of Belluno! Christian the host speaks good english and was very welcoming!
Our room was beautiful and charming, clean and spacious. We loved the feel of the hotel--old, historic, comfortable! And it's right in the center of Belluno, which makes everything easily accessible.
Beautiful room, really comfortable and in an excellent location right in the middle of Belluno. After hiking in the Dolomites for a week, the shower was very welcome (and so good!)
