For us, this hotel gets top marks for the awesome people who run it, who will answer all your questions, go above and beyond to make sure you have an awesome stay and make you feel very welcome. Nothing is too much to ask for, and they always have a smile on their face. I can't recommend them enough. Breakfast was also really good with lots of options available to suit everyone.

It has everything one needs for a holiday in the mountains, from the interior design to the layout and views - and probably, the cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in. Also, wonderful hosts and very helpful in answering our questions.

It is a bit oldish but price wise great. It is close to the ski lifts. Parking was convenient. The lady at the reception at check in was super friendly :). The lady at the restaurant next morning was extrermely rude :( There are ski rental possibilities nearby, we recommend Larino Sport, excellent service.

After 50 minutes of using the pool, we Neva to leave, because they have time restriction in there too. I reserve this hotel because the wellness, but it was a big mistake!
