We did arrive pretty late (at 23.00), but the check-in was very smooth. Staying at the quiet, somewhat private hotel was really nice. Located in hills, it offers fresh air and felt peaceful. The hotel had a cozy vibe, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The breakfast was just great, especially with some tasty local foods. I'd definitely recommend it for a quiet getaway with some local flavor.

Our host was amazing. She went out of her way to assist us when we arrived with car trouble. She not only helped us find an honest mechanic, but also helped us find a reasonably priced rental and organised transport to Ljubljana to pick up the rental. Excellent location, close to supermarket and restaurants, beautiful small town, very close to Bled and the ski resorts. We truly enjoyed our stay here and Marko is a wonderful host.
Great for hiking, great for dogs. We always come here in summer, away from the heat. A small hike uphill will take you to a beautiful scenery of mountains and lake Bohinj and to the remnants of old border fortifications from the interbellum. Great for kids, there is a playground on the neighboring campsite.
