Emblemático F24-Only Adults B&B, hotel in El Bailadero

Located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and with Caleta de Negros Beach reachable within 2.7 km, Emblemático F24-Only Adults B&B provides a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi...

The hostess was incredibly nice and helpful. She showed us all the good spots we needed to visit and did all that with great energy. She even upgraded our room because we stayed multiple days so we could relax more (for free!!). The room was great, spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good. Very close to the shopping street, old market and even a parking garage for if you come by car. The swimming pool on top is a great way to relax and cool down after a day in Santa Cruz. It also is very private so you don't have to worry about anyone when you're in your swimwear (except other guests of course). The rooms (and entry of the hotel) are locked by a PIN code which we really liked because this way you don't lose or forget your key. This also means that not anyone just barges in the hotel that is not supposed to be here. The place also smelled really nice. All in all 10/10. When we revisit Tenerife we would definitely come back. Thank you Federica!

Lots of hiking opportunities, could have spent a lot more time in the area, public transport also available to connect with different places and trails, be early when waiting for the bus , there is a good shortcut from bus 946 El Tunel stop that will cut 20 min of walking on the side of a dangerous road, but it is a forest path and it can get very muddy

If you're willing to go for long hikes in the Anaga region...

If you're willing to go for long hikes in the Anaga region or have a car/are fine with the limited bus service, this is the perfect spot for doing so. Great hikes are: El Bailadero to Benijo and the (long) Draguillo loop; Taborno; Afur; Taganana; San Igueste; Playa de Antequera. Be aware that hiking on most trails is difficult (but except in a few cases not dangerous), especially if it is hot.
