First and foremost, we were welcomed by the lovely Olga (receptionist) who was highly attentive and detail oriented. She made us feel like VIP guests! She showed us around the property and then to our room. Everything was pristine and serene. We felt right at home immediately!

Key West is a gem of an island in the Florida Keys, popular with pleasure seekers and history buffs alike. As the most southern destination in the continental United States, Key West has a fascinating history, dating back to its settlement by Spanish explorers in the 16th century.
Today this little island off the coast of Florida attracts over a million cruise visitors a year through the Port of Key West. Visitors come to see Hemingway House, where Ernest Hemingway penned ‘A Farewell to Arms’. Key West Cemetery provides a unique walk through the multicultural past of the city. There are also trolley rides through the historic district of Jackson Square.
There’s more than just history to Key West, however. Smathers Beach is a place to have fun in the sun, while Mallory Square provides the chance to shop and watch a magnificent sunset. The excellent bus system helps you get around the island without a car.
Key West International Airport is a mere 6 kilometres to Duval Street, the heart of the city centre and a good place to stay for easily exploring the nearby sites. With accommodation ranging from resorts to B&Bs, Booking.com helps you get the best stay for the best price in Key West!

Duval street has your abundance of souvenir shops, along with some nice boutiques and art galleries (which I recommend going into all the art shops). Blue Heaven restaurant is a must for breakfast, specifically the lobster eggs Benedict. For dinner with a bit more ambiance try Martins and Cafe Marquesa the food was fabulous. The butterfly conservatory, the lighthouse and Hemingway house were all great and would recommend. We also did a sunset cruise with Sunset Waterspouts and it was soo much fun.

Cruise Ship Terminal had ended the previous unique remote island lifestyle. Gift Shops with T-Shirts, Crowded Sidewalks of Tourists too Bored to Stay on Ship and Lacking Businesses to Contain their Flip-Flop Sea-Sickness Mind Hive. Cheap Buzz. Locals of former fame are now long gone. I came, I saw, and on no occasion do I desire a repeat. "Another Saturday Night and I ain't got No Money," has Transitioned into the worst "Sunday Morning Coming Down":(

We loved the sunset at Mallory Square, Hemingway House, Aqua Drag show, entertainment at Lateda and so much more. Stay in a central location (we were on Olivia Street) and you can walk everywhere. Dress casually and stay cool because it is very hot and humid, but gorgeous.

Old Town in Key West still retains much of its charm and character. There are areas further north of Old Town that are more typically American Tourist. However the true downtown area on Duvall St. was not they typical kitchy tourist souvenir tee shop after tee shirt shop. There is a good mix of both moderate and better quality stores, galleries, and local artists. Food choices are diverse with many excellent restaurants and small venues. This was our first time visiting Key West and we could recommend the Old Town portion of Key West to others. We felt safe walking the streets at night to restaurants. The streets and sidewalks in Old Town were well kept. People and workers were friendly and helpful.

Key West is gorgeous and rich with history.
Key West is gorgeous and rich with history. I would call it less of a conventional beach town, as the beaches are sparse and man made because of the whole island thing. If you love the water then this is the place. Boats, jet skis, snorkeling and more are all available for you to enjoy and Duval Street is full of shopping, restaurants and bars. There are some very unique vendors with one of a kind items and lots of art appreciation from the locals. The beach stores are a little over priced on some of their beach wares, which is typical, but there is no shortage of cute and original boutiques. Rent a scooter or a golf cart when you get there. It is the best way to travel while you are there.
My wife and I’s stay at Silver Palms Inn was phenomenal! The hotel is located just a few blocks from the main action of downtown Key West. Walking distance from everything. The staff are extremely friendly and informative about the area. Also, the cleanliness of this place is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The staff goes above and beyond every day cleaning every inch of this property. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Key West this is the place to be! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
Great staff and a really clean property. Bigger room than expected — good size for Key West. The bed was really comfortable. The a/c was a window unit but it worked well especially in tandem with the ceiling fan — bonus is that the a/c noise drowns out the street noise. The property shares a front patio with a pub restaurant , which is nice. But I would have liked some rocking chairs or other seating just for hotel guests to enjoy the Duval Street view.
This was the best stay in the last 2 years out of 30-40 different hotels and motels we did.
Amazing location, amazing units (very well equipped, luxury, premium furniture and applicances, towels), nice views to the ocean, great pool area with a decent bar.
It felt luxurious. I don't regret too often not staying more in the hotel rather than exploring the area but this place was so nice that I do.
Staff was friendly, helpful.
The staff was friendly and the room was neat and clean. The room was facing the courtyard with a balcony that overlooks the pool surrounded with lush tropical garden. The location was convenient. There is a grocery store right across the street. It's easily accessible to all part of Key West if you have a car. There is a boardwalk behind the hotel with the bay view. There is parking at the property.
This resort looks like it was built as the only thing near it. One could hang out there for a week, lots to experience. It was fun, anachronistic, a little worn. Unfortunately we only came to sleep, had stuff to do elsewhere. It was shockingly expensive, but the cheapest hotel with private rooms and baths that we could find near Key West.
We spent two nights there to visit Key West - as the hotel provides a regular shuttle service till about 10 p.m. it is no big deal to get to the city. This worked perfectly so we didn't use our car during the stay. The pool was nice, sometimes a bit noisy from air traffic. Breakfast was ok so far, the rooms are spacious and very clean.
Breakfast wasn’t the best cheap food and coffee was bad. Closed before 11am everyday. Water pressure in shower was horrible and it took forever to get hot water. Staff was unsure of everything because everyone was in training. Best staff was pool staff. I just the hotel was nice not as amazing as internet pictures when I booked it.
The Perry Hotel and Marina is outside the "Key West Party Mile" and offers all amenities. The view from the room over the pool and marina creates a fantastic vacation atmosphere. Our room had wooden floors, a spacious bathroom and a small kitchen. Staff is very nice and helpful, and once an hour you can take the bus to the old city.
the pools are great! and cheap drinks during happy hour :) breakfast was better than expected - more than typical continental, and something for everyone. best part was probably the location, though! so close to Duval Street and the Marina if you're planning on doing any water sports or excursions (which would 100% recommend)
Great hotel in a great location, far enough away from the Duval Street craziness in quiet surroundings but central enough to be in walking distance to basically everywhere in the historic Key West district, restaurants and waterfront. Azur is an amazing on-site restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Location and reception staff were excellent. Great service with free bicycle's. Nice gardens. Very drinkable coffee at breakfast. I couldn't find any coffee that I could drink in the whole of Key West apart from Hotel at breakfast only. Being European, we are used to good high quality coffee.
It is an older hotel like most buildings in key west, but has been updated pretty nicely.i had a double queen and the room was pretty spacious with a nice shower and two sinks. The beds were comfy and i felt like i slept well. The pool area was also very good!We all were happy with our stay.
Awesome location, walking distance to everything you want to see in Key West. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel, my sister was very excited that they had gluten free bagels. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful traditional Key West hotel, perfect clean, big rooms, you can walk everywhere by foot, idyllic pool, great breakfast. It made the perfect stay for us in Key West! Would definitely book again :)
Older motel/hotel. Some nice common spaces, roof, patio, and other small spaces. Location was good not great. Price was high but everything in Key West is expensive, at least for accommodations.
