We liked everything, it was a great deal, and I especially loved that there was a heated swimming pool in which I could swim in March (a smaller one near the beach). The staff was very hospitable and gave us all kinds of benefits. I loved it!

I so wish we had booked to stay for 2 nights instead of 1.
This guesthouse is in a restricted area, due to its proximity to the Palestine border. On arrival, go to the Visitor Centre and speak to the Police. They will issue you with a pass that enables you to pass the checkpoint and drive down to the guest house. Due to border patrols, you are not allowed to access the River Jordan at night.
There is ample parking and, currently, the whole area is very quiet. (However, the Catholics are building on the adjacent plot, so this might increase the number of tourists.) There were only half a dozen other people staying when we were there, so we almost had the residence to ourselves. Our room has comfortable twin beds and was utterly quiet.
We hadn't realised how far the guest house was from the nearest town and how difficult it was to access the site, so we didn't know where to get dinner. The cooks prepared food for the staff and they kindly provided extra, so that we were able to eat.
The absolute highlight for me was sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over Palestine. It really was rather special and I didn't want to go in to bed.

The Hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever visited. My mum and I thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional service, beautiful structure, top-notch facilities, and endless hospitality. The staff couldn’t have done more for us—they were prompt, kind, and polite throughout our entire 5-night stay
The food was divine, regardless of which restaurant we chose each night, and the same goes for lunch and breakfast. The upgraded room was amazing, the Spa was exceptional, tours were excellent, and the airport transfers were seamless.
Thank you to everyone; you made our stay at the Dead Sea truly special.

This city was a city on the shores of the Dead Sea.
This city was a city on the shores of the Dead Sea. There were no places of entertainment for tourists in the city. Of course, being close to the Dead Sea has its advantages. There are many interesting historical sites in the vicinity of this city, which are definitely worth visiting, but since public transport is not available, be sure to consider the lack or inaccessibility of public transport to tourists. That is why it is important that you also rent a car before booking a hotel here, so that you can visit the sights in the vicinity of the city. We applied to a car rental company and were very satisfied with the professional service, and I would like to share my experience with you. If you would like to rent a car, I leave here the phone number of the manager Zaid, he is an expert in his business and will support you unconditionally for car rental throughout Jordan +962797918921

Dirty/not super clean, sticky surfaces, run down spa.
Dirty/not super clean, sticky surfaces, run down spa. The breakfast was not worth it. I would give it 4 out of 10 for cleanliness, 7 out of 10 for attentive staff, 8 out of 10 for pools and access to Dead Sea. Spa facility 4 out of 10.
But sunset over Dead Sea was 10 out of 10.
Don’t eat at the poolside Aqua Bar.

The town is quite dirty, there is plenty of rubbish on the streets. Options of restaurants is quite limited, although Beit Sweimeh is so good that ypu won't need anything else. Booking reccommended to not move around too much without the guide, although we felt quite safe even on the late evening walk.

The visit to Salt Beach was an exceptional experience for us. The beach was windy and the Israeli Border could be seen towards the horizon. The salt deposits look amazing and it is quite an experience to see the saltiest water body on Earth!

Great location.
Great location. Few meters access to the Dead Sead, free mud and shower facilities. There was the end of Ramazani and they have organized plenty of activities for the children ! The children really love it ! Great place for children generally ! The host very polite and professional, kept goodies for us in the fridge. Reasonable price taking into consideration the facilities, services and the location.
I had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and I must say, it left a lasting impression on me. One of the standout features that truly sets this hotel apart is its unique architectural design. Inspired by traditional Jordanian elements, stepping into this hotel feels like stepping into the heart of Jordan’s rich cultural heritage.
The hospitality at this hotel was exceptional. The staff members were welcoming, attentive. Their warm and friendly nature created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
Big and luxurious location, a lot of space, nice common spaces both inside and outside.
Good value for the money in an area that has not many options excepting big chains hotels.
Staff was very helpful in communicating with us.
Tip: avoid the very close shoping mall - very big prices. Is better to have with you all you need as are not many shops/restaurants in the area.
We like the view over Death Sea up Jerihon.
The kitchen is fully equipped and big.
It was amazing, its the best place for honeymooners

Really thank you to Mr Samer (Hotel manager) & Saleh for everything
I had breakfast and dinner in the hotel. the dinner had a lot of varieties, BUT most of the food was either boiled or grilled But served "cold", there was no real taste for the food and none of items on the menu was good enough to repeat from. Need more spices and taste for the food served
This was an amazing hotel with the entrance just off the main road. We were very pleased with our choice. The room was lovely and had a fabulous balcony. The infinity pool was excellent. The restaurant served us with a choice of some nice food.
Beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. The hotel was still under construction, so we probably got a pretty good deal moneywise (it was very affordable). Beach access from the hotel, the restaurant and terrace is great and very friendly staff.
Clean, friendly and helpful staff. New hotel, expansion construction does not interfere nor take away from the relaxing experience. Easy Dead Sea access. Mud treatment available right there, showers are also right at the beach.
The pool for the adults was great also the Pub and the staff there were extremly nice and helpful , the check in & check out was smooth, the rooms and all the hotel was clean, tidy, the maun restaurant terrace had a great view
Fantastic hotel at a fantastic location. Great facilities and services. Friendly and helpful staff. Great options for dinner. Food was excellent, valet parking, safe environment. Nice options to go for a float in the Dead Sea!
The hotel is nice and clean. Staff are great. The staff at beach is very nice and helpful. We Like them. The only thing I feel not good may be breakfast. It may be only for me. I feel the breakfast salty.
Front desk was wonderful. They answered all our questions and made restaurant suggestions which we took. Had a great night stay there. Will go back to hotel if we return to the Dead Sea
I didn't like the staff at all, some of the clients were disgusting, especially single men, I was disappointed, never go there again and I don't recommend the Hilton Hotel to anyone
Very nice hotel ... had a lovely room with sea view and balcony, room very clean and well equiped. Didn't use a pool, but looks good ... nice access to beach
