Not exactly hotel-related, but still : the little street to the hotel is quite bumpy, so if you are on a business trip, wearing high heels can be a bit challenging until you get to the main street :)

Breakfast is good, you get a list of dishes from which to choose. Some of the plates can be a bit small but they are tasty nevertheless.

Nothing. Really cannot fault it.

Spotlessly clean, nicely decorated place, down a cobbled backstreet, near all the main attractions. Staff were extremely helpful including booking us taxis, finding us a tour guide, printing out bus tickets etc. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had anywhere. And all incredibly good value. An absolute gem.

like the hotel ambiance, breakfast is good but can be improved, walking distance to the main streets.

The only thing that could be improved is the parking. I was sorry to have to ask the staff to open the gate every time I wanted to take out my car. It’s a small detail, though. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The structure is located very close to the center with parking available, very good breakfast, the room was exactly as described to me by booking, everything was perfect. Cozy and centrally located, definitely worth it. The bathroom and room were clean, and the air conditioning worked. Thank to the Staff

What could be better are: -They should provide hotel/spa slippers. -There is no fridge in the rooms. Maybe they can add a small fridge to every room. -They can put two toilet papers instead of one to the en-suite bathrooms.

One of the best places to stay in Pristina. I highly doubt if there are any better places to stay. I wasn’t expecting my stay to be this beautiful. The room was cozy, A/C works well, Wifi works good enough, bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I’d definitely stay at this hotel if I come back to Pristina one day. Hotel’s restaurant is well decorated and they serve delicious foods. Breakfast was included and it was amazing. Amazing location. Literally 2 minutes walking away from the hotspots of the city.

I have stayed at Garden Downtown three times over the last year and always look forward to the hospitality! The breakfast is exceptional and very filling, the coffee is fantastic, and the staff so helpful and kind. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in for business, the internet is especially strong and the rooms are very clean with lovely touches-- comfy chairs, desks, and large closets-- and the street is quiet. If you cannot stay with family or friends in Pristina, I tell everyone to stay at Garden Downtown.

there were functional issues with the design. the shower booth didn’t have a door, so after every shower the bathroom was flooded. the wardrobe door couldn’t fully open without getting stuck on the floor… the super heavy/stone made tables at the breakfast area were too low for the chairs… and many more details that shows they didn’t have a proper architect

A fridge in our room would've been a nice touch but it wasn't a big issue at all.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and our room was nicely decorated. I also don't believe I have ever encountered such down-to-earth/lovely people in my whole life. The staff was friendly and relatable and I felt extremely comfortable.

Overall the staff was great - I just felt uncomfortable having to ask one staff to stop blaring videos at full volume on personal phone in the restaurant at breakfast. Suggest investing in headphones.

Great location bang in the centre but also very quiet since located in a side street. Newly refurbished hotel designed with thought, style and care. Spotlessly clean. The restaurant downstairs is also yummy.
